Services
Sheikh Hassaan provides web design and development services for businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project are agreed upon before work begins.
Payment
Our standard package is priced at $449 as a one-time payment. Payment terms are confirmed at the start of each project. Work begins upon receipt of payment or agreed deposit.
Deliverables and Timeline
The standard delivery timeline is 8-12 business days from the date the client provides all required content — including logo, photos, service descriptions, and contact details. Delays in content delivery extend the timeline accordingly.
Revisions
Minor revisions within the agreed project scope are included for 30 days after launch. Revisions outside the original scope or after the 30-day period are subject to additional charges.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website including all design files and code. Sheikh Hassaan retains the right to display the work in portfolio materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, obtaining rights to any images or materials they supply, and reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
Sheikh Hassaan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website or any delays caused by third-party services including hosting providers, domain registrars, or email platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion before any formal proceedings.
